As members of the fleet leader group for the H145 D3, we proudly stand as among the foremost users of this aircraft globally. Through this extensive usage, we have cultivated a deep understanding of both its operational intricacies and maintenance requirements.

Complementing our engineering acumen is a robust infrastructure for parts logistics and maintenance control. Our fully stocked parts department houses a plethora of components for Airbus, MBB, and Bell helicopters, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions during scheduled maintenance.
24/7 Support
The team of 11+ engineers at HeliOtago are on call 24/7 to keep our fleet of over 22 aircraft airborne. We are certificated for all airframe, engine, avionics and are the only provider of Part 145 NVG support in New Zealand.
Type certificates and STC mods
HeliOtago has spearheaded the development of numerous supplemental type certificates and STC mods, ranging from advanced BK117 glass cockpit upgrades to bespoke gear stretcher bridges and ramps.
Crafted within our state-of-the-art engineering facilities, these innovations are brought to life with the aid of specialized tooling, including hydraulic system testers and precision CNC mills.
